New Information on the Service and Fee
1. Regarding This Price Revision
Due to the significant yen depreciation in exchange rates since 2022, which has increased our burden for overseas advertising expenses, we have revised (increased) our fees. However, services related to the following procedures, which are not affected by exchange rate fluctuations, are not subject to this revision:

●Proxy services for claiming and application
●Consulting (advice)
●Referral to professionals (e.g., lawyers, tax accountants, judicial scriveners)
●Hosting seminars, lectures, and providing speakers
4. Fees below Exclude Tax
Note: Consumption tax does not apply to overseas residents.
5. Proxy Service Fees
All fees are charged on a per-person basis. Discounts are available for procedures involving multiple family members or relatives.
6. Additional Costs
Actual expenses, such as document fees, registered mail, and courier service charges, will be added to the customer’s total cost.
7. Translation of Submission Documents
If submission documents are in a foreign language, translations are required. English documents will be translated for free by our company, except in cases involving a high page count, technical terms, or certification by a professional translation agency. Non-English documents must be translated by the customer.
8. Requests Requiring Travel Outside Tokyo
In addition to service fees, a travel allowance (calculated on a daily or half-day basis) and transportation costs will apply.
9. Pricing for Overseas Residents
These price list includes reference amounts in USD (calculated at an exchange rate of 150 yen/USD).
10. Payment Methods
From Japan: Bank transfers from domestic accounts (personal, family, or acquaintance accounts).From Overseas: International remittance or credit card (Visa/MasterCard supported).
